Art. 50 - 52 BVV2 forms the basis for the assets of the Pension Fund. The assets therefore have to be invested, managed and monitored in such a way that:

  • The Fund must be able to pay the obligatory benefits on time
    (liquidity risk) 
  • The Fund-specific risk capacity must be observed (coverage ratio risk) 
  • Despite this, a performance in line with the market that is sufficient to finance the benefits (financing risk) must be achieved 
  • Adequate diversification between and within the various asset classes
    must be ensured
